2. The OpenDhi Platform

Where these Terms of Service also govern your access to or use of the OpenDhi platform (the AI execution layer, including its Front Office, Back Office, Analytics and Workforce modules), the following additional terms apply:

1. OpenDhi is configured to sit on top of the systems you already run and does not require migration of your underlying data — access is governed by the permissions, maker–checker approvals and audit controls agreed with your organisation.
2. OpenDhi is model-agnostic and may be configured to work with a range of third-party AI models; use of any such model remains subject to that model provider's own terms where applicable.
3. Specific commercial terms, service levels and data processing terms for the OpenDhi platform are set out separately in your organisation's signed agreement with OpenDhi, which will take precedence over this general website Terms of Service in the event of conflict.

3. Group Companies

OpenDhi Group operates several businesses built on the OpenDhi execution layer, including Bhaiyaa (commerce), Dhi ADT (global workforce, payroll and immigration) and Newforce (infrastructure and services). Each of these businesses may publish its own supplementary terms of service specific to the products it offers; where such supplementary terms exist, they apply in addition to this page.
