1. Necessary for our legitimate interests in pursuing the purposes set out above, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy interests

4. Do You Have to Give Us Your Information?

You are not obligated to provide personal information when generally browsing our website. However, we cannot fulfil a walkthrough, demo, or other specific request unless you do so.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We will keep your information for as long as you wish to receive our communications and we have an active business relationship with you. Typically, we delete data we are not required to retain for contractual or statutory reasons 12 months after our last contact with you.

We disclose your information to third parties only in the following circumstances:

1. To suppliers, contractors, and agents: we may engage other companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting or maintaining website content, or providing marketing services. OpenDhi engages trusted third-party service providers ("Sub-Processors") to support website operations, customer communications, analytics, security, and business administration. This is statistical data about browsing actions and patterns, and we will not use it in isolation to identify you or any individual. 9. Where Your Information Is Stored and Processed

As explained above, we share your personal information with:

1. Third-party suppliers, contractors, or agents: where we use a third-party supplier, contractor, or agent, your personal information remains under our control, and we have controls in place to ensure your personal information is adequately protected.
2. Other companies within OpenDhi: we have entered into a groupwide Master Data Transfer Agreement arrangement to ensure your personal information continues to be subject to an adequate level of protection.

OpenDhi operates globally, with teams and infrastructure across multiple regions, including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and India. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the one in which you are located, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction.

Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so on the basis of an applicable adequacy decision, or by putting in place appropriate safeguards — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms — to protect your information, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
